[WEST ASHLEY] – Wine Down Wednesday returns to Old Towne Creek County Park this spring! Charleston County Parks hosts this four-part spring series, scheduled to kick off on Wednesday, March 27 from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Wine Down Wednesday is a relaxing event where guests can enjoy live music while exploring this unique county park. Admission fees also cover wine and a commemorative wine glass. To satisfy each taste, one savory and one sweet food truck will be on site with items available for purchase.
The Spring 2019 Wine Down Wednesday schedule is:
- March 27 with music from Austin Hahn and Oh Yah BBQ and Holy City Cupcakes food trucks.
- April 10 with music from Dave Landeo and Lola’s Lumpia and Holy Rolly Charleston food trucks.
- April 24 with music from Cat Strickland Duo and Tamashii and Life Raft Treats food trucks.
- May 8 with music from David Grunstra and Dough Boyz Pizza and Holy City Waffles food trucks.
Advance tickets are available for $15. Day-of admission is $20 per person.
Old Towne Creek County Park is located in West Ashley on Old Towne Road and is open for special events only. Wine Down Wednesday is a great opportunity for the public to be able to explore and enjoy this site. Old Towne Creek features 67 acres of beautiful open fields complimented by groves of live oak trees.
