Membership & Programs App
Gold Pass members can use their phones as their membership card at park entrances with the Charleston County Parks app. On the app, you can also see a schedule of your upcoming and past registered activities and book your next adventure. Whether you're heading to the park for a day of fun or joining one of our programs, you’ll have easy access to your cards, registrations, and notifications —all at your fingertips.
It’s simple to get started. Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play to download the Charleston County Parks app, sign in using the same email and password used to purchase your pass , and you’re ready to go!
FAQs
1. How do I find the digital version of my Gold Pass on the app?
There are two ways to access your digital Gold Pass. In the upper right hand corner of the home tab, click the small box icon to be taken directly to your passes. Or you can tap your picture or the profile image, then tap Membership Cards.
2. How do I see my transaction history?
Click on your picture, then click on My Transactions on the following page.
3. Can I use the app for my other Charleston County Park passes?
Yes, all memberships can be accessed from the app including Gold Pass, Waterpark Splash Passes, Pier Fishing Passes, SK8 Passes, Individual Passes, West County Aquatic Center Swim Pass, and Climbing Wall Passes.
4. How do I see if my program instructor has sent me any messages?
The messages tab can be found on the bottom of your screen on the far right side. You’ll want to make sure that notifications for the Charleston County Parks app are turned on in your phone settings as well.
5. What if I can’t figure something out in the app?
