Hosting Events in Your Charleston County Parks
Thank you for your interest in hosting a special event within the Charleston County Park system. On average, the Charleston County Park Recreation Commission approves over 100 event applications a year. These events usually feature recreational activities and are typically hosted by non-profit organizations raising money for a cause. Please note that CCPRC does not typically approve for profit event requests.

Small Project Grants
Each year CCPRC receives funding from the S. C. Dept of Parks, Recreation and Tourism’s Parks and Recreation Development Fund (PARD). The funding is to be used for permanent improvements to public park and recreation facilities. CCPRC would like to solicit your proposals for ways to provide these improvements in your community.
