COVID-19 Update from Charleston County Parks:

March 20, 2020 - Based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and recommendation from the Governor’s Office to encourage social distancing, the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission’s parks are closed until further notice, effective March 20.

The closed parks include: Caw Caw Interpretive Center, Cooper River County Park, Folly Beach County Park, Folly Beach Pier, Isle of Palms County Park, James Island County Park, Johns Island County Park, Kiawah Beachwalker Park, Laurel Hill County Park, McLeod Plantation Historic Site, Meggett County Park, Mount Pleasant Pier, Palmetto Islands County Park, SK8 Charleston, Stono River County Park and Wannamaker County Park. Commercial Photography/Filming

Commercial photography/filming is the use of motion picture, videotaping, photography, sound-recording or any other type of moving image or audio recording equipment on CCPRC property that involves the advertisement of a product or service or the use of actors, models, sets or props. If you intend to do any commercial filming on CCPRC property, please contact Justin Leyh [email] or Michael Bradley [email].
