Program Waivers

For programs, events, and facilities that require a hold harmless waiver, each registered customer must have an individual waiver on file per calendar year. The waiver expires on December 31 of each year.

Program & Event Cancellation/Refund Policy

  • CCPRC activities occur rain or shine. 
  • Registrants will receive a full refund if the program/event is canceled by CCPRC and not rescheduled. 
  • Registrants withdrawing prior to the program will receive a 50% refund. 
  • All participant withdrawals must be received during regular business hours. Please call (843) 795-4386 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.  

Facility Rental Policy

  • Reservations can be made no more than one year in advance.
  • Full payment is due at the time of the booking.
  • All cancellations are subject to 50% cancellation fee.
  • View rental guidelines (PDF).
  • Facilities cannot be rented for moneymaking ventures or functions that are advertised to the public. No onsite sale of tickets, food or beverages will be allowed. Fundraising events require a Special Event Application for approval.
