Vendor Opportunities

Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission hosts a variety of festivals and events throughout the year in which we select food, craft/merchandise, and non-profit vendors. Your Charleston County Parks are dedicated to the support and advocacy of Lowcountry vendors that offer local products and services.

Craft/Merchandise Vendors

If you are considering applying as a craft/merchandise vendor, please note the following:
  • Products must be designed, fabricated, and hand-crafted by the artisan vendor.
  • Vendors cannot be part of a national franchise, corporate chain of businesses, or an independent consultant.
  • Products must not be readily available through national distribution channels.
  • Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, and chairs.
  • Duplicate products may be denied entry. In the case of duplicate items, the grading criteria is as follows: authenticity, level of innovation of products and menu items, Charleston County location status, booth appearance, past performance, and value of products and services.
  • Due to limited space, vendors requiring more than 20 feet for their booth will be charged an additional vendor fee.

Food Vendors

If you are considering applying as a food vendor, please note the following:
  • Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, and chairs.
  • Priority is given to vendors serving authentic food specific to the event.
  • Duplicate products may be denied entry. In the case of duplicate items, the grading criteria is as follows: food authenticity, level of innovation of products, and menu items, Charleston County location status, booth appearance, past performance, and value of products and services.
  • Due to limited space, vendors requiring more than 20 feet for their booth will be charged an additional vendor fee.

Latin American Festival             

  • October 13, 2019
  • 12-6 p.m.
  • North Charleston Wannamaker County Park
  • Expected attendance: 4,500 people

Vendor Fees

  • Food: $75+25% of ticket sales (18% if "green") to CCPRC + 9% to SC Tax Commission
  • Craft/Merchandise: $75
  • 501(c)(3) Information Booth: $50
