Vendor Opportunities

Our 2024 vendor opportunities are coming soon! Please continue to check in here for future opportunities as they become available.

Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission hosts a variety of festivals and events throughout the year in which we select food, craft/merchandise, and non-profit vendors. Your Charleston County Parks are dedicated to the support and advocacy of Lowcountry vendors that offer local products and services.

Craft/Merchandise Vendors

If you are considering applying as a craft/merchandise vendor, please note the following carefully as policies have changed:
  • Products must be designed, fabricated, and hand-crafted by the artisan vendor.
  • Vendors cannot be part of a national franchise, corporate chain of businesses, or an independent consultant.
  • Products must not be readily available through national distribution channels.
  • Vendors must supply their own electricity, tent, tables, and chairs.
  • Vendors must be prepared to process payments independently (cash, credit/debit, PayPal, Venmo, etc.)
  • Duplicate products may be denied entry. In the case of duplicate items, the grading criteria is as follows: authenticity, level of innovation of products and menu items, Charleston County location status, booth appearance, past performance, and value of products and services.
  • CCPRC events occur rain or shine. Vendors will receive a full refund if the event is canceled by CCPRC and not rescheduled. Vendors withdrawing prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.
