As the new year begins, we all look to better ourselves through resolutions. This year, staff at your Charleston County Parks resolved to create new ways for people of all ages and fitness levels to stay active.
In 2014, we are introducing a variety of new fitness and wellness-related programs, from Yoga-thons to Running Clinics to combination programs that merge walking and paddling with workouts like yoga and pilates.
