MUSC is visiting your Charleston County Parks to spread the word about skin safety. This summer, be sure to protect your health by protecting your skin from harmful UV rays. Dermatologists on the MUSC Mobile Health Unit – a fully-equipped doctor’s office on wheels – will offer free skin cancer screenings at James Island County Park:
Saturday, August 10 at James Island County Park, 9:00a.m. – 12:00 p.m.Skin screenings are free and open to the public, no appointment required. So, while you are out enjoying the day at your county park, take the basic steps to protect your skin.
