Due to the recent heavy rain, a portion of the dog park at Mount Pleasant Palmetto Islands County Park is extremely wet and muddy and will be closed to allow the area to dry. The section of the park normally reserved only for small dogs will be open to all dogs.
We hope to re-open the full area by Saturday.
