We are proud to announce the winner of the 2013 Light Display Design Contest at the Holiday Festival of Lights is six-year-old Lucy Anne from West Ashley!
Her creative idea is an animated display of a penguin sliding down an iceberg. Thank you to all of the imaginative kids that submitted artwork for this year’s contest.
First gader Lucy Anne is a precious young lady with a lot of interests. She loves playing, arts & crafts, cookies, gymnastics, the South Carolina Aquarium, Lowcountry Children’s Museum, the Climbing Wall at James Island County Park, animals, and bananas. When she gets a little older, she wants to be a doctor, dentist, or veterinarian.
