By popular demand, Charleston County Parks is adding one more concert to the Shaggin’ on the Cooper schedule! The newly-added, final event of this year’s summer dance series will be held on Saturday, Sept. 29 with live music at the Mount Pleasant Pier by Groove Train. Local band Groove Train features rich vocals and sound, with an expansive repertoire ranging from classic R&B, Pop and Rock favorites to more recent hits.
