Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission is currently working with a team of consultants and a steering committee to create a master plan for the McLeod Plantation property on James Island. Concurrent to implementing the stabilization work, the planning team is looking for feedback from the public to guide future use of the property. We value your input on issues like programming, facility usage, and more.
We also invite you to join us on October 6 from 4:30-7:30 pm at James Island Charter High School for a public open house concerning the future of McLeod Plantation. A formal presentation will be given at 6:00 pm. The public is invited to join the consultant team as well as CCPRC representatives to learn about the project and discuss future plans.
