Teams must be composed of two to four participants with one team manager, and participants may compete in the race in a relay style. The race course will feature a water station every 1.5 miles. Participants are also encouraged to carry a water bottle. Food and beverages will be served throughout the day, including chicken and waffles from Kickin’ Chicken in the morning, and chili from Ladles in the afternoon, as well as beer.
