Outdoor Adventure Center

The Outdoor Adventure Center is your hub for high-energy fun and fresh-air adventure. With something for every age and skill level, it’s the perfect place to climb, zip, and explore.

Take on the towering Palmetto Peaks Climbing area, or challenge yourself on Vertical Ventures & Zipline for an elevated, adrenaline-fueled experience. Younger explorers can build confidence on The Kid’s Zip, designed just for them. If you prefer to keep your feet on the ground, the Marshside Disc Golf Course offers an 18-hole round winding through a beautiful Lowcountry landscape.

Before or after your adventure, swing by the Rock Shop for gear, refreshments, and everything you need to keep the day going strong.

Hours and fees vary by attraction, so be sure to check ahead before your visit.

Marshside Disc Golf Course and The Rock Shop

March – October: open daily, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
November- February: open daily, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Disc Golf Course is free with regular park admission.

Palmetto Peaks Climbing

January - February: open Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
March - October: open Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday, 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.
November & December: open Monday-Friday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Vertical Ventures & Zipline and The Kids Zip
