Our recreational program offers a way for novice youth climbers to develop climbing skills, build self-confidence and have fun. In a fun and safe atmosphere, climbers experience the challenge of rock climbing, practice new techniques, and learn the importance of fitness and sportsmanship. Coaches focus on safety, the fundamentals of climbing, footwork, core development, and stretching. We specialize in individual attention for each climber, and everyone will get a chance to grow and shine in our program.
- Dynamic Dynos (Ages 6-9): It’s never too early to start climbing. This program is designed to expose young climbers to a fun activity. Members learn about basic climbing safety, movement, and equipment. Most importantly, they will have fun!
- Wall Crawlers: (Ages 10-12): This program will further develop a young climbers skill and understanding of the sport. Members will learn belaying, basic conditioning, and stretching and climbing movement.

The Competitive program is for climbers ages 8-17 who are serious about competing and have a desire to learn how to train. Team members will focus their training on becoming a stronger, smarter, and more efficient climber. This program is designed to inspire and challenge climbers to achieve their highest potential both physically and mentally, to increase self-confidence and personal responsibility, and to develop communication and self-expression skills while working successfully as a member of a winning team.
In addition to practice, members may receive an individualized training program. Members also participate in training clinics; local, regional and national championship sanctioned rope, boulder, and speed competitions; outdoor climbing trips; social activities; and fundraising. Climbers should be prepared for a comprehensive training and competition calendar and be committed to competing through the mid-summer championships season.
