Join us for one last concert in the park featuring Mystic Vibrations!
[JAMES ISLAND] – The 2026 Reggae Nights Summer Concert Series will host its season finale at James Island County Park on Friday, Aug. 7, with a live performance by Charleston-based band Mystic Vibrations.
Charleston-based Mystic Vibrations hails from Jamaica but moved to the U.S. in 1992. They have released two albums, “People Get Ready” and “Busy Street.” The group also has their own record label, Mystik Musik, started in 2003, that allows them to produce their own albums and those of other roots reggae bands. Mystic Vibrations has opened for several other reggae bands such as Yellowman, Inner Circle and The Wailers.
The Reggae Nights Summer Concert Series features traditional reggae performed live on stage in a beautiful outdoor setting. Gates open for the event at 7:30 p.m., and music begins at 8 p.m. Event gates will close to incoming traffic at 10:30 p.m., and music will end at 11 p.m.
Advance tickets are $20 per vehicle for up to 15 people and are available at CharlestonCountyParks.com (direct link). Tickets purchased the day of the event will be $30 per vehicle for up to 15 people. Gold Pass holders will be admitted free when presenting their pass at the gate, if space is available.
The Reggae Nights Summer Concert Series takes place in the park meadow, and guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs, blankets, etc. Concerts will take place in rain or shine. No outside alcohol or coolers are permitted at the event. Dogs are welcome but must remain leashed at all times.
