Brad Taggart is a 2006 graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Originally from Cincinnati, Brad moved to the Charleston area in 2009 and works in purchasing and logistics for a restaurant supply company in North Charleston. Mr. Taggart has been active with Charleston County Schools, having served on the District 9 Mission Critical Task Force, the Charleston County Schools Parent Advisory Board, and as a current member of the Angel Oak Elementary School Improvement Council. He also co-founded an advocacy group that works to improve transportation infrastructure for the sea islands and West Ashley. Brad currently resides on Johns Island with his wife Pam and three children Mason, Carter, and Riley. He enjoys tennis, travel, and spending evenings with his family at our county parks.
