Explore former rice fields and walk through the various steps required for the cultivation of rice. Examine the cultural roles and influences of Africans and African Americans in Coastal South Carolina.

Ages 7-12. One chaperone per registered child is required to attend, but not required to register. Chaperones are not required to accompany child during program but must stay in the park for the duration of the program. Non-registered children may not attend this program.
