• Cottage reservations are accepted up to one year in advance as long as availability permits.
• Methods of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, money order, certified bank check, or traveler's check.

• Payment is due in full 30 days after making reservation.

• There is a 1-week minimum stay between Memorial Day and Labor Day, Monday to Monday.
• There is a 2-night minimum stay any other time.
• The cottages are completely furnished and equipped with cooking utensils, flatware, dishes, bed linens, blankets, and bath towels.
• Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 11am.
• Occupancy and use of cottage is limited to 8 individuals overnight.
• Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
• We request that all smoking be confined to the exterior of the cottages.
• An adult must accompany all visitors under the age of 21 for the duration of the visit.
