Get ready for the 20th Annual East Coast Canoe & Kayak Festival, presented by Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission. Each year over a thousand paddling enthusiasts of all levels are brought together with world-renowned instructors, outfitters, and equipment manufacturers for this phenomenal weekend of lectures, on-water classes, exhibits, and demonstrations.
James Island County Park offers the perfect setting for this event. This beautiful 640-acre park features 16 acres of protected lagoons, convenient exhibitor sites, campground and cottages, 24-hour security and easy access to historic downtown Charleston. |

| Exhibit Sites |
- Exhibit area has a paved walking trail allowing participants easy access to all exhibit sites.
- Three types of exhibit sites are available:
- Waterfront (between trail and lake, includes 1 table and 2 chairs)
- Trailfront (between trail and road, includes 1 table and 2 chairs)
- Combined (trailfront & waterfront across from each other, includes 2 tables & 4 chairs)
- Minimum size of a single exhibit site is 35ft x 14ft.

| Exhibitor Registration |
- Exhibitors registered by March 12, 2010 will be listed in the Festival Program Guide with web-site addresses or phone numbers.
- 2 event t-shirts are included with exhibitor registration. Additional t-shirts may be purchased for $10. Additional fee is required for any on-water classes.
- All names for nametags are due by March 31, 2010. There is no guarantee for nametags after that date.
- All exhibitors must check in at Exhibitor Registration prior to setting up sites. At registration, exhibitors will receive exhibit site numbers and festival information. Exhibitor Registration will be open on Thursday, April 15, 2010 from 10am – 5pm with a social to follow.
- The commercial exhibit area will open at 9am on Friday, April 16, 2010.

| Overnight Accommodations and Meals |
Cottages
The Cottages at James Island County Park will be available first to Gold and Silver Sponsors. Any remaining cottages will be available for rental to registered exhibitors beginning February 5, 2010. Each cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. All linens and kitchen utensils are provided. Cottages are $159 per night plus tax, with check-in after 4pm and checkout by 11am. |

Camping
RV and primitive Camping is available on-site and may be reserved by calling The Campground at James Island County Park at 843-795-7275 or Park & Program Services 843-795-4FUN (4386) after exhibitor registration is processed. No overnight camping will be allowed on Exhibit Sites.
Primitive and RV campsite prices vary. Check-in after 1pm and checkout by 11am. |

Meals
Meal plans may be purchased in advance. Friday will be a barbecue dinner and Saturday will be a Lowcountry Boil. We also offer breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.
