Boasting 3,500 square feet, this venue features a kitchen with a catering entrance, stage, picnic area with grills, sand volleyball court, and horseshoe pit.  Located in the heart of West Ashley, Old Towne Creek County Park is available to rent and ideal for weddings, corporate picnics, oyster roasts, or any occasion where a convenient and secluded location is needed. The property features large open meadows, marsh views, gorgeous backdrops, and a unique country setting right in town. Old Towne Creek County Park can handle very large groups up to 500 people, but is still intimate enough for a small private function. A site tour is required to view all aspects of this special property.

 Tucked within the woodlands of 1,015-acre North Charleston Wannamaker County Park, Cypress Hall is a 3,700 square foot venue. A dressing room, kitchen with catering entrance, stage, picnic area with grills, sand volleyball court, and horseshoe pit are just a few of the many amenities of this facility. The property features an oak allee, large open meadows, and gorgeous backdrops. Laurel Hill Plantation can handle very large groups up to 500 people, but is still intimate enough for a small private function. Please note that electricity and water are not available on-site. A site tour is required to view all aspects of this special property.

 McLeod Plantation, an antebellum plantation site, is available to rent for an interim period (now -September 1, 2013) and is ideal for weddings, corporate picnics, outdoor dinners, or any occasion where a convenient and gorgeous location is needed. The property features an oak allee, an open grass area under moss draped Live Oaks, and the plantation house as a backdrop. McLeod can handle groups up to 150 people on the grounds.
