Throughout the year, a wide variety of interesting nature, environmental,
historical, and cultural programs and activities are offered through Charleston County Park & Recreation Commission.

Offered on a regular basis, you might want to try:
- taking a bird walk
- participating in a historical and/or nature interpretive walk
- enjoying a reptile program
- participating in a edible and medicinal plant walk
- viewing a slide presentation on Caw Caw Interpretive Center’s natural history, animals, and plants
- learning about nature with your pre-schooler
